Activities on site

On site we also offer you some activities, depending on the season. All year round you can book our Nordic Spa in the center of the resort. The Skålsjögården ritual consists of our traditional Finnish smoke sauna, wood-fired hot tub and our year-round 5 degree "warm" spring water pond. In the summer we rent out bikes and are happy to give tips for hikes on our extensive hiking trails. Depending on the season, we are also happy to give you tips for berry picking. This is possible from June to October. Nearby bathing beaches for the surrounding lakes, as well as fishing maps are available from us at any time. In winter we rent snowshoes and sledges for the use of the nearby Pulkabacke (sledding hill). The cross-country ski trails are groomed and snowmobile rental is available upon request. Regardless of the seasons, Skålsjögården invites you to stay. We offer our guests recreation rooms and a small library. Likewise, there are several places in the surrounding area to spend time in nature.
